If you bought chapters 2-4 (Chapter 1 was free) then you should have the complete edition. (Well, that and a demo presumedly it's Chapter 1.) Is it not appearing still? What DLC list are you referring too? This is the answer, apparently, because now I see "Buy Bendy and the Ink Machine: Complete Edition" as the only option on the store page. If you did update the game, it should already be in there when you go to start it up.
